**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create detailed **2D drawings** and **3D models** for façade projects using **AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Vray**.
- Develop shop drawings, fabrication details, and installation layouts for **aluminum, glass, and façade systems**.
- Modify and update drawings based on client and project requirements.
- Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and site teams to resolve technical issues.
- Ensure drawings adhere to industry standards, project specifications, and company guidelines.
- Maintain proper documentation of all drawings and revisions.

**Requirements**:

- **Proficiency in AutoCAD** with **fast drafting skills** is a must.
- Hands-on experience with **SketchUp, Photoshop, and Vray**.
- **2-5 years** of experience in façade drafting.
- Strong knowledge of façade systems, materials, and construction methods.
- Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field**.
- Prior experience in **aluminum, glass, and façade works** will be an advantage.
