Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Jira Developer with strong expertise in workflow customization, plugin development, and stakeholder engagement. The role requires hands-on technical development in Jira as well as independent collaboration with stakeholders for requirement gathering, solution design, and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and customize Jira Workflows as per business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain Jira plugins such as Scriptrunner, Tempo, MISC, JSU, Assets, etc.
  • Manage and support Jira Data Centre environments, including upgrades, configuration, and optimization.
  • Lead Disaster Recovery (DR) planning, setup, and testing for Jira environments.
  • Perform Jira Wiki upgrades and maintain system documentation.
  • Work independently with stakeholders to gather requirements, propose solutions, and implement changes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Jira aligns with business processes and compliance standards.

Mandatory Skills

  • Strong expertise in Jira administration and development.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira Workflow custom development.
  • Proficiency in developing plugins using Scriptrunner, Tempo, MISC, JSU, Assets.
  • Experience with Jira Data Centre setup, upgrades, and DR strategies.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Exposure to Confluence/Jira Wiki administration.
  • Knowledge of integration with other enterprise tools.
  • Experience in Agile project delivery environments.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹2,500, ₹3,000,000.00 per year
