Work Hours:
10 hours per day, 6 days a week

Location:
Chandapura

Role Overview:
We need someone to be at our vendors factory and make sure everything runs on time. Your main job is to track production, follow up with the vendor, and see that our requirements reach us without delays.

What Youll Do:

  • Check daily if the vendor is meeting production and delivery schedules
  • Follow up to make sure materials reach us on time
  • Keep clear records of production and deliveries
  • Use Advanced Excel to track data, prepare reports, and highlight issues
  • Be the main link between our team and the vendors team

What Were Looking For:

  • Must know Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, reports, etc.)
  • Good at follow-ups and making sure deadlines are met
  • No restriction on education
  • Experience in production planning, supply chain, or vendor management is a plus
