Position: Sr HR Business Analyst

Availability: Immediate -15days

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Involve in the whole project cycle from requirement gathering to timely project delivery.
  • Co-ordinate with all the stakeholders in the overall project lifecycle activities.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges.
  • Analyze the business requirement, gap analysis and prepare detailed document as BRD, FRD, SOW.
  • Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for technical teams.
  • Create process flows, wireframes and prototypes according to the signed-off document.
  • Propose innovative and practical solutions to address business challenges.
  • Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to various stakeholders.
  • Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing, and validation of implemented solutions.
  • Accountable for managing change requests post-Go-live, assessing feasibility, and ensuring prompt delivery while maintaining alignment with the project scope.
  • Identify opportunities for system and process enhancements.
  • Contribute in project communications, ensuring the client satisfaction and engagement.

Required Skills and Qualification:

  • Candidate should have an HR Background.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
