We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused
Customer Success Associate
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience or a strong interest in
Insurance Sales
, with exposure to
Loan or Credit Card Sales
being preferred. This role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring they receive the best solutions while building long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with customers to drive satisfaction and retention.
  • Understand client requirements and provide suitable insurance/financial product recommendations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to ensure customers achieve maximum value from products/services.
  • Manage customer interactions and resolve queries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Support sales initiatives by cross-selling/up-selling insurance and related financial solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: 0-2 years in Customer Success, Insurance Sales, Loan Sales, or Credit Card Sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passionate about customer engagement and problem-solving.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
  • Availability for face-to-face interviews is mandatory.
  • Immediate joiners will be preferred.
