  • Administrative Support
  • Assist in managing the Director's calendar and appointments.
  • Draft and type emails, letters, and simple reports.
  • Organize and maintain files and records.
  • Coordination
  • Support in coordinating meetings with internal teams.
  • Assist in preparing agendas, presentations, and minutes of meetings.
  • Handle phone calls and messages politely and professionally.
  • Task Follow-up
  • Maintain a to-do list of tasks assigned by the Director.
  • Follow up with different departments for pending work status.
  • Learning & Development
  • Gain exposure to business operations by shadowing the Director.
  • Learn corporate communication, business reporting, and coordination skills.

Skills & Competencies :

  • Good communication skills (English & Hindi).
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Organized, disciplined, and eager to learn.
  • Professional attitude and confidentiality.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate (BBA/ B.Com/ BA/ Any discipline).
  • Minimum 3 year of experience with relevant Profile.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
