Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education, technology, and helping learners transform their careers. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving admissions, building relationships with prospective students, and contributing to the growth of GradX Academy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, social media, and other channels.
  • Understand learners' career aspirations and recommend suitable GradX Academy programs.
  • Conduct sales calls, demos, and presentations to convert inquiries into enrollments.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
  • Maintain CRM records, track the sales pipeline, and provide regular reporting.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with students and corporate clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns and lead generation activities.
  • Stay updated with EdTech market trends and competitor offerings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in EdTech / IT Training / SaaS.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Ability to understand learner needs and position training solutions effectively.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools and digital communication platforms.
