Store In-charge

• Inventory Management
• Maintain optimum inventory levels for sheet metal components, raw materials, tools, and consumables.
• Ensure timely receipt, inspection, and storage of incoming materials as per company standards.
• Material Handling & Control
• Supervise loading, unloading, and physical movement of sheet metal materials and fabricated parts.
• Ensure proper identification, labeling, and traceability of all items in the store.
• Maintain segregation between raw materials, finished goods, and scrap.
• Additional Advantage of knowing SAP
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports using SAP.
• Ensure data accuracy and reconciliation between physical and system stock.
• Coordination
• Coordinate with Production, Purchase, and Quality departments to ensure material availability for smooth production flow.
• Liaise with vendors and transporters for timely delivery and dispatches.
• Sheet Metal Knowledge
• Understand sheet metal grades, thickness, and specifications for correct identification and storage.
• Work closely with the production team for material planning related to sheet metal fabrication, bending, welding, and finishing processes.
• Documentation & Compliance
• Maintain all inward/outward documentation, inspection reports, and rejection notes.
• Ensure compliance with safety, 5S, and ISO standards within the store area.
• Conduct periodic cycle counts and annual physical stock verification.
• Team Supervision
• Lead and train store personnel in safe material handling, SAP transactions, and documentation practices.
• Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to company policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate with B.Com Stream / Production
• Experience: 3–5 years in store management (preferably in sheet metal / fabrication industry).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP (MM Module), MS Office, and inventory control methods.
• Strong knowledge of sheet metal materials and fabrication processes for extra advantage.
• Excellent communication, planning, and leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
