We are seeking a talented Backend Engineer to join our development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the server-side logic, databases, and APIs that power our applications. You will collaborate closely with front-end engineers, product managers, and DevOps teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance backend solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services and APIs.
  • Build and optimize databases (SQL and NoSQL) for performance and scalability.
  • Integrate third-party services and external APIs.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure seamless data flow and integration.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
  • Ensure system reliability, security, and data protection.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging.
  • Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues in production environments.
  • Stay updated on the latest backend technologies, frameworks, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of strong experience in backend development using , Python, Java, Go, or similar technologies.
  • Proficiency in working with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis.
  • Experience designing RESTful APIs and optionally GraphQL APIs.
  • Understanding of authentication, authorization, and security best practices (e.g., OAuth, JWT).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, Azure and containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Experience with Git and version control workflows.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
