Job Title: DevOps Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned DevOps Lead to drive the design, implementation, and optimization of our CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and automation frameworks. Youll lead a team of DevOps engineers, collaborate with development and operations teams, and ensure high availability, scalability, and security across our systems.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the DevOps team in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
  • Architect and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) using Infrastructure as Code
  • Implement and maintain container orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker)
  • Automate deployment, monitoring, and alerting systems
  • Collaborate with software engineers to ensure smooth code integration and delivery
  • Ensure system reliability, performance, and security compliance
  • Drive adoption of DevOps best practices across teams
  • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues
  • Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement

* Hands on experience on cloud computing such as Google Cloud Platform, AWS, Azure.

  • Experience in Source Control system preferably GIT.
  • Should have hands on experience on Docker/Container and Kubernetes.
  • Design, develop and implement software integrations based on user feedback.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with development team to streamline code deployment.
  • Experience in implementing CI/CD Pipelines preferably using Jenkins.
  • Knowledge in conducting system tests for security, performance and availability.
  • Hands on experience in configuring webservers, setting up reverse proxy and load balancing.
