Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Professor located in Tamilnadu. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and graduate students, preparing and delivering lectures, conducting research, and participating in academic activities. The role also involves mentoring students, grading assignments, and contributing to departmental and institutional development through various academic committees.

Qualifications

• Teaching and lecturing skills, with experience in developing and delivering academic content
• Research skills, including the ability to conduct independent research and publish findings
• Mentoring and student support skills, with a focus on guiding and advising students
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and departments
• PhD or equivalent in the relevant field
• Experience in academic administration and committee participation is a plus
