𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄

As a Solutions Delivery Specialist, you will be at the heart of client success. You'll lead end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring smooth onboarding, timely delivery, and stakeholder alignment across teams. You'll also drive internal initiatives and cross-functional feature rollouts.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀


• Lead client onboarding and implementation projects from start to finish


• Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery


• Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and documentation


• Drive internal rollouts for new features, integrations, and process improvements


• Build visibility and alignment across all internal and external stakeholders


• Support client growth by understanding needs and upselling relevant solutions

𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗿𝗲 (𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀)


• 2+ years of experience on the brand side in supply chain or operations


• Deep understanding of supply chain planning tools and workflows


• Proven experience in project management and software implementation


• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or BI dashboards


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Demonstrated ownership mindset and ability to handle multiple priorities


• Experience in stakeholder management and solution selling

𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 (𝗕𝗼𝗻𝘂𝘀 𝗽𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁𝘀)


• Experience working with AI/ML tools, analytics platforms, or product-led SaaS companies


• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, or project tracking software
