Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a B2C Sales associate located in Bengaluru. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales activities including customer engagement, identifying new sales opportunities, providing superb customer service, and achieving sales targets. Regular tasks include communicating with potential and existing customers, maintaining sales records, and collaborating with the sales team to develop sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Sales and Sales Management
  • Ability to conduct Training sessions and mentor junior sales staff
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
