About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated
Placement Officer
to join our team in Calicut. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strong industry relationships, coordinating student placements, and helping students achieve successful career outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with companies, recruiters, and HR professionals.
  • Coordinate campus placement activities, interviews, and recruitment drives.
  • Guide students on resume preparation, interview skills, and job readiness.
  • Maintain placement records and prepare reports for management.
  • Collaborate with academic teams to align placements with students' aspirations.
  • Represent the institution at career fairs and industry events.

Requirements:

  • Minimum
    1 year of experience
    in a placement or recruitment role.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to meet placement goals and deadlines.
  • Willingness to relocate to Calicut (if not already based here).

Preferred:

Candidates with experience in
educational institutions or training centers
will be given priority.
