Solution Architect AIOPS

We are looking for a skilled Solution Architect with expertise in AIOPS to join our team in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, and Greater Noida. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of hands-on delivery experience on products like RPA, Chat Bots, Orchestrators, and Application Performance Management tools.
Roles and Responsibility
- Design and implement scalable and efficient AIOPS solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for AIOPS projects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to AIOPS.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in AIOPS.
Job Requirements
- Strong knowledge of solution architecture and design principles.
- Experience with application performance management tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Splunk, NewRelic, and DataDog.
- Familiarity with automation tools and technology products like RPA, Chat Bots, and Orchestrators.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- One scripting language is required for all AIOPs requirements.
- One Elastic certification is mandatory for all AIOPs requirements.
- A graduate full-time degree is required.
- Notice period: 0-30 days.
