Location: Bangalore
Office Operations Department at We Assist has an important role in supporting the Medical
Insurance Claim Assistance in managing the Hospital Relations, Billing Related Queries, Client
Relationship Management to ensure that the We Assist continues to be a competitive service
provider in the Insure Tech, Reimbursement Claim Settlement and the related industry. With
ambitious growth plans in mind, We Assist is looking to offer cutting edge solutions to both
patients and the partner hospitals by leveraging technology and with unique product offerings.
As a operations executive, the candidate is required to support the Claim Assistance Team that
are placed at the Partner Hospitals for the smooth functioning of the day-to-today operations
An Account Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining strong relationships with clients and driving
business growth. As the primary point of contact for the hospitals, and ensures client satisfaction,
identifies sales opportunities, and collaborates with internal teams to meet the client needs.
Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
a. Serve as the lead point with the hospital.
b. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships.
c. Develop trusted advisor relationships with partnered Hosb. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships.

- Sales and Business Development:
b. Develop new business from existing Hospital.
c. Actively seek new sales opportunities in the health care industry.
d. Identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas

Pay: ₹12, ₹33,249.78 per month
