Social Media Growth & Engagement Manager
to take charge of our
LinkedIn, Instagram, and Meta platforms
– building our
digital brand voice, engaging communities, and driving growth
.


Your Mission

As our Social Media Growth & Engagement Manager, you will be the
voice of Hyperloop online
. You'll craft powerful stories, create engaging content, and design strategies that
attract audiences, spark conversations, and generate leads
.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute
    growth strategies
    for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Meta.
  • Create
    impactful content
    – posts, reels, stories, carousels, case studies, and thought-leadership articles.
  • Manage
    LinkedIn presence
    for B2B networking and brand authority.
  • Drive
    Instagram growth
    with engaging reels, interactive campaigns, and creative storytelling.
  • Run
    Meta Ads campaigns
    (Facebook + Instagram) for audience targeting and lead generation.
  • Track, analyze, and report
    KPIs – reach, engagement, followers, and conversions
    .
  • Implement
    growth hacks
    and stay ahead of trends to maximize visibility.
  • Build and nurture an
    active online community
    by responding to comments, DMs, and queries.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to align content with
    Hyperloop's vision and projects
    .


What We're Looking For

  • Experience in
    social media management & growth (LinkedIn + Instagram + Meta)
    .
  • Strong
    copywriting, storytelling, and content creation skills
    .
  • Knowledge of
    algorithms, trends, and community engagement techniques
    .
  • Familiarity with
    Meta Business Suite & Ads Manager
    .
  • Basic design skills (Canva/Adobe).
  • Analytical mindset to
    measure and optimize performance
    .
  • 1–3 years of experience (Freshers with a strong portfolio may apply).
