We are (The Adroit) looking for a passionate and creative
Social Media Executive
to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who is career-oriented and believes in building long-term professional growth. As a Social Media Executive, you will play a key role in shaping our online presence by developing and implementing effective strategies that strengthen our brand, engage our audience, and support our marketing and sales initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
  • Define most important social media KPIs
  • Develop and manage social media content
  • Measure the success of every social media campaign
  • Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies
  • Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer
  • Work with designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams
  • Monitor user engagement and suggest content optimization
  • Present to Senior Management

Requirements & Qualification

  • Minimum graduate with 2 years of experience.
  • You must have good understanding of digital services and how they can benefit clients.
  • You should have great writing and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated person who likes to start new things, develop new contacts, meet new people and build a network.
  • Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and other social media best practices
  • Understanding of basic SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Good understanding of social media KPIs
  • Familiarity with web design and publishing
