Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Engineer located in Pune(PAN India). The Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, field service, technical support, maintenance, and repair tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities include promptly addressing customer issues, providing technical assistance, performing routine inspections, and ensuring the efficient operation of material handling equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience in troubleshooting and technical support
• Strong field service experience
• Skills in maintenance and repair of material handling equipment
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and on-site in PAN India
• Relevant technical degree or certification is a plus
• Experience in material handling industry is advantageous
