Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced Team Leader to oversee the B2B sales team, drive revenue growth, mentor sales executives, and ensure the achievement of sales targets in the logistics and freight services sector. This leadership role is perfect for candidates with proven sales management experience, strong motivational skills, and a track record of building high-performing teams in B2B environments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of B2B Sales Executives to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Develop and implement sales strategies, processes, and action plans to support organizational goals
Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members to enhance their skills in client acquisition and relationship management
Identify new business opportunities, monitor market trends, and onboard key corporate clients in manufacturing, distribution, and SME sectors
Oversee the preparation, negotiation, and execution of quotations, contracts, and transport solutions for clients
Coordinate with operations and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
Analyze sales performance metrics, generate reports, and address any performance gaps or issues promptly
Foster long-term client relationships and collaborate on cross-selling opportunities within the logistics portfolio
Maintain CRM records, sales pipelines, and compliance with company policies
Qualifications
**Education:** Bachelor's degree (Engineering/Diploma holders not eligible)
**Experience:** Minimum 3–5 years in B2B Sales, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory role (logistics/transport sector preferred)
**Language Skills:** English (mandatory), Hindi/Gujarati (advantage)
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and team management
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and motivational skills
Ability to analyze data, forecast sales, and work under deadlines
Max age limit: 35 years
Must be based in Vadodara (remote work not available)
Work Schedule
**Days:** Monday to Saturday
**Timings:** 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
