Role Overview
We are seeking a Customer Sales Manager who will be the first point of contact for clients, managing the sales journey from enquiry to final delivery. The ideal candidate will be personable, well-spoken, detail-oriented, and passionate about luxury interiors. This role combines sales expertise with operational coordination to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Servicing
- Handle incoming telephonic and online enquiries with prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable responses.
- Understand client needs and taste preferences, suggesting relevant décor products and collections.
- Present product features, materials, and customization options with a consultative sales approach.
- Build long-term relationships with customers, nurturing repeat business.
Order Management & Coordination
- Prepare quotations, order confirmations, and payment follow-ups.
- Coordinate internally with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Monitor the status of each order, proactively updating clients at every stage.
- Ensure high-quality packaging and delivery experience in line with brand standards.
Brand Representation
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the brand's product range, craftsmanship details, and design philosophy.
- Uphold the luxury brand image in all customer interactions—both verbal and written.
Requirements
- Graduate in Business, Interior Design, or related field (preferred).
- 3+ years' experience in sales or client servicing, preferably in luxury, home décor, or high-end lifestyle brands.
- Strong communication skills in English; additional fluency in Hindi or regional languages is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, manage timelines, and coordinate between multiple departments.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and WhatsApp Business tools.
- Customer-first mindset with a flair for design and aesthetics.

Competitive salary + performance-based incentives.
