Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Automation Engineer who is passionate about automation, AI, and cloud technologies. The ideal candidate should bring strong hands-on experience in Automation, programming, and document processing solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy automation.
  • Build and maintain scalable automation frameworks for repetitive and manual processes.
  • Integrate AI Agents and document processing solutions into automation pipelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver effective automation strategies.
  • Work with cloud environments, preferably using Docker and Kubernetes, to deploy and manage automation workloads.
  • Implement and optimize OCR-based and document processing solutions for structured and unstructured data.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute to the continuous improvement of automation capabilities.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Total Experience: 9–10 years
  • Development Experience: Minimum 5 years in any programming language (Python, Java, C#, etc.)
  • 3 years of RPA Experience
  • Knowledge of AI Agents and their integration in automation environments.
  • Working knowledge of OCR and Document Processing technologies.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned projects.
