Purpose
To drive life insurance business through HDFC Bank Phone Banking Channel by building strong relationships, ensuring product penetration, and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit leads shared daily by the VRM Telecaller team (3–4 leads per day) and convert them into closures.
- Present and explain BSLI Insurance Products to customers effectively.
- Maintain a strong working relationship with the VRM Tele-caller team to ensure maximum lead flow.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Must Haves
- Strong knowledge of Life Insurance products.
- Good communication & relationship-building skills.
- Minimum 2 Year exp in Life insurance Graduate in any discipline
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
Minimum Experience Level
0 - 4 years
