Key Responsibilities of a Senior Marketing Executive:

  • Brand Development and Positioning:
  • Oversee the development and positioning of the company's brand in the market.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communication and marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to maintain a strong brand presence.
  • Market Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to understand consumer trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
  • Use data-driven insights to guide marketing decisions and identify growth opportunities.
  • Digital Marketing:
  • Lead digital marketing efforts, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration:
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve marketing goals.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as sales, product development, and customer service to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and influencers.
  • Develop strategies to enhance customer loyalty and retention.

Education and Experience:

  • Education:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is typically required.
  • Experience:
  • Typically requires 2+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Prior experience in leadership roles or managing a team is highly valuable.

Job Type: Full-time
