Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Events Administrator located in Chennai. The Events Administrator will be responsible for planning and managing events, providing administrative assistance, and ensuring excellent event success. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating event logistics, liaising with vendors, managing event budgets, and overseeing event setup and breakdown. Additionally, the role involves maintaining records, preparing reports, and handling communication related to events.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in Event Planning, Event Management
- Experience in Administrative Assistance
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively
- Relevant experience in event coordination or management
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
