About the Role

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented
Graphic Designer
with 3–5 years of experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio, particularly in real estate or related industries, and will be responsible for creating visually compelling marketing materials that elevate our brand and engage our audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and produce marketing collateral for print and digital platforms, including brochures, flyers, hoardings, signage, emailers, social media posts, and website assets.
  • Develop creative concepts and campaigns that showcase real estate projects, lifestyle offerings, and brand identity.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and project teams to translate requirements into effective design solutions.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all visual communications.
  • Edit and enhance property images, renderings, and floor plans for presentations and listings.
  • Work with external vendors (printers, photographers, agencies) to ensure quality output.
  • Stay updated on design trends, real estate marketing techniques, and emerging digital tools.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in graphic design (real estate or architecture industry preferred).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects/Lightroom a plus).
  • Strong eye for typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy.
  • Experience in designing for both print and digital media.
  • Basic knowledge of UI/UX design and video editing is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
