- Expertknowledge of assessing credit risk for large ticket size cases upto Rs. 1 Cr.
- Conductincome appraisal of MSME borrowers. In depth understanding andanalysis of P & L Account and Balance Sheet including cashflows of self-employed borrowers.
- Assessfinancial ratios, in depth knowledge of rational behindcalculation of ratios and its impact on loan performance overlong tenures.
- ProvideMarket intelligence from competition and customers standpoint
Recommendationson new processes & fraud Control initiative etc.

KEYDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE
Business/Financials (Only Relevant roles)
Underwritingtarget customer by self and supervising the team to support forbuilding of a performing portfolio.
- Evaluatevarious collateral types for their value and title documentationrequirements
- Participatein collection of dues from customers to maintain low delinquency.
- EnsureCredit policy and process adherence by monitoring and timelyreview of processes and execution.
SuggestPolicy revisions in line with changing market conditions.
Customer(Both Internal & External)
Appraisevarious Customer segments in various for markets defined by thebank as area of operation for lending.
- Co-ordinatewith Legal & Technical Agencies for quality and timelydelivery of credit reports.
- Meetappropriate customers for understanding of their needs andConduct underwriting and renewals for cases under purview
- Co-ordinatewith functions like operations, FCU, risk, business andtechnology for effective delivery to end customers.
Ensurevarious reports are being sent to stakeholders on monthly basis &at regular frequencies.

Timeto time Intervention to manage ground level risk effectively.
- Fulladherence to RBI regulations on documentation and KYC compliance.

Qualifications
- MBAin Finance from a reputed college (B.Com, M.Com with relevantexperience)
Experience
- Preferredexperience of 2/3 years or more in Credit MSME Loan products interm loans and working capital limits.
