Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and optimize content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Snapchat, etc.)

  • Create eye-catching content for graphics, reels, and short-form videos to boost engagement

  • Plan and execute social media campaigns and support marketing initiatives

  • Monitor and respond to comments/messages to nurture community engagement

  • Track social media performance and assist in preparing analytics reports

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand goals

  • Research trends and competitor activity to improve strategy

  • Assist with storytelling and promotional content development

  • Perform other marketing-related tasks as assigned

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in social media management

  • Solid understanding of social media platforms from a brand and campaign perspective

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic marketing tools

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
