1. **Trend Analysis and Strategy Development**:

- Conduct competitive analysis and research on social media strategies.

2. **Content Management**:

- Develop and manage the social media content calendar in coordination with the social media team.
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written, and audio) across various social media channels.
- Write and edit content for posts in both English and Malayalam.

3. **Creative Coordination**:

- Provide creative concept suggestions to the social media team.
- Work closely with graphic designers and videographers to develop creative designs and multimedia content.
- Ensure that all content aligns with the client's brand identity and marketing goals.

4. **Client Engagement**:

- Post posters and other promotional materials on behalf of clients.
- Engage with followers, respond to queries and comments in a timely manner, and build a positive community online.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and goals, and communicate these effectively to the social media team.

5. **Performance Monitoring**:

- Analyze the performance of social media campaigns and translate data into actionable insights and improvements.
- Prepare monthly reports on social media performance and present them to clients and management.

6. **Team Collaboration**:

- Coordinate with the social media team to ensure cohesive and consistent brand messaging.
- Assist in the brainstorming and creation of innovative social media campaigns.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinrest etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Malayalam.
- Strong knowledge of social media tools and analytics platforms.
- Creative mindset with the ability to propose innovative content ideas.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with graphic design and video editing software is a plus.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
