Key Responsibilities:
Ø Develop and execute debt funding strategies aligned with the company's financial goals and objectives.
Ø Lead in the structuring, pricing, and execution of debt transactions (e.g., bonds, loans, credit facilities).
Ø Build and manage relationships with banks/financial institutions/investors.
Ø Lead discussions with banks/FI, internal stakeholders and other relevant stakeholders for closure of loan documentation for timely disbursement on an ongoing basis.
Ø Monitor and manage the company's cash flow, ensuring liquidity requirements are met while balancing short-term and long-term capital needs.
Ø Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and reporting requirements in debt transactions.
Ø Manage external credit rating agencies on an ongoing basis.
Ø Conduct detailed financial analysis and cash flow modeling to assess the company's debt capacity and repayment ability.
Ø Ensure Accounting of book entries in ERP pertaining to debt portfolio.
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
- CA/MBA with finance background.
- At least 7-8 years of experience in Corporate Finance (Fund Raising)
- Strong knowledge of capital markets, financial instruments, and fundraising strategies.
- Successful track record of closing debt raising transactions in India
- Experience with financial modeling, debt structuring, and liquidity management.
- Good knowledge of legal and financial structures.
- Complete understanding of debt deal life cycles
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
