We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Bell Boy in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 year of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

• Manage front desk operations, including handling guest inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve performance.

Job Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills are necessary to resolve guest complaints and issues.
• Basic knowledge of hospitality industry practices and procedures is preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel management systems and software is an advantage.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and move quickly between locations.
