The ideal candidate should have 0-1 year of experience.Roles and ResponsibilityManage front desk operations, including handling guest inquiries and resolving issues professionally.Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping.Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve performance.Job RequirementsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with guests and colleagues.Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong problem-solving skills are necessary to resolve guest complaints and issues.Basic knowledge of hospitality industry practices and procedures is preferred.Familiarity with hotel management systems and software is an advantage.Must be able to stand for long periods and move quickly between locations.
