About the Role:

We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an 
Audit & Tax Associate

. The role requires strong technical knowledge, client management skills, and the ability to deliver under strict deadlines. The right candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, take ownership of deliverables, and demonstrate leadership in guiding a small team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute 
    Statutory, Tax, GST, and Internal Audits
     across diverse industries.
  • Hands-on involvement in 
    two complete audit cycles
     (Income Tax, GST, and Corporate Statutory Audits).
  • Prepare and review 
    working papers, financial statements, and audit documentation
    .
  • Handle compliance requirements – 
    Direct Tax, GST, and Companies Act filings
    .
  • Guide and manage a 
    team of two juniors
     for timely and effective delivery.
  • Directly interact with clients to resolve queries, provide proactive solutions, and ensure 
    high-quality service
    .
  • Deliver assignments with 
    speed, accuracy, and consistency
     under tight timelines.
  • Exercise sound 
    decision-making
     in the best interest of both client and firm.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Semi-Qualified CA/CMA
     OR 
    B.Com/MBA
     with 
    minimum 2 years' experience
     in an audit firm.
  • Proven exposure to 
    Income Tax, GST, and Corporate Statutory Audits
    .
  • Ability to manage multiple client assignments simultaneously, without overlap or error.
  • Excellent 
    organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
    .
  • Strong leadership capability to 
    mentor juniors
     and manage delivery.
  • High professional ethics, confidentiality, and client-centric mindset.
  • Willingness to 
    travel for audits/assignments
    .
