Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for an Audit Associate. The Audit Associate will be responsible for conducting financial audits, preparing financial statements, analyzing financial data, and assessing compliance with applicable laws and standards. The role also involves collaborating with team members to evaluate financial processes and provide actionable recommendations to clients for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Financial Statements and Finance-related tasks
  • Strong Auditing skills, including conducting Financial Audits
  • Excellent Analytical Skills for evaluating financial data and identifying discrepancies
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow compliance regulations
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Proficiency in accounting and auditing software is a plus
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
