Reference Data Analyst

We're hiring for Reference Data Analyst (Freshers) position.

Experience: Freshers with Investment Banking Certification

Location: Mumbai (Apply if you are in western line)

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners only

Key Responsibilities:

1. Opening and linking of accounts on Prime Brokerage system.

2. Setting up of accounts on Portfolio accounting system and setting up Client reporting.

3. Setting up of accounts for 3rd Party reporting based on documentation.

4. Requesting of Secure Id's for Client and 3rd Party users.

5. Quality checking the creation and maintenance of client accounts.

6. Quality checking the creation and maintenance of client access.

7. Risk management through the daily review of priority clients, adhering to benchmarks and Service Level Agreements.

8. Escalate potential issues to the team leader.

9. Recommend opportunities to increase efficiency / productivity through analysing resource and system

10. Support the team manager in rolling out new initiatives and developments within the team

Skills & Qualifications:

1. Education: Industry qualifications i.e. Securities Institute or Bachelors Degree & Tech Savvy

2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, client service oriented

3. Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to the needs of the team as they arise

4. Strong Microsoft office skills, specifically Microsoft Excel (vlookup, pivot tables)

5. Client reference data, or client documentation skills a plus

6. College/University degree or equivalent with a business focus and relevant/proven experience
