Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute category strategy, assortment, and pricing.
  • Manage vendors: negotiations, onboarding, and performance tracking.
  • Optimize product listings, content, and onsite merchandising.
  • Track KPIs (sales, margin, inventory, conversion) and share insights.
  • Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and operations on campaigns & inventory.
  • Forecast demand, manage stock levels, and reduce stock-outs/overstocks.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–6 years' experience in category management, merchandising, or e-commerce.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Hands-on with Excel and e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify.).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing (MBA preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹50,000.00 per month
