Hi All,

We have an urgent opening for the role of Business Analyst for one of our leading Investment Banking client in Mumbai / Bangalore location

Experience : 5 - 7 years

Immediate - 60 days max

Direct Responsibilities

  • Partner with HR business analysts and Oracle HCM functional leads to capture integration requirements (data mapping, frequency, latency, transformation rules, security).
  • Produce technical design artifacts: Integration diagram, Data Flow Diagrams, Mapping Specifications, Sequence of Events, and ExceptionHandling Strategies.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines for Boomi processes using Boomi Deploy Automation, Git, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
  • Manage environment promotion (DEV TEST PROD) and maintain version control of integration assets.
  • Experience with sourcecontrol (Git), build pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions), and Boomis Deploy Automation API.
  • Have worked using Agile framework, Service now and Jira tools.
  • Resolve defects, perform impact analysis, RCA, track them in JIRA/ServiceNow, and verify fixes.

Contributing Responsibilities

  • Build scalable integrations from Oracle Cloud HCM and 3rd party applications with hands-on in upstream and downstreams with middlewares.
  • Expertise in integration common patterns: RequestResponse, Batch, PublishSubscribe, Data Sync, ChangeDataCapture (CDC), Streaming, and Orchestration.
  • Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL) and data transformation (XSLT, JSON, CSV).
  • Handson experience configuring OAuth2, SAML, JWT, TLS, IP whitelisting, and rolebased access for both Boomi and Oracle Cloud services.
  • Preferred prior work with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), MuleSoft, or WSO2 – useful for comparative architecture decisions.
  • Exposure to Payroll specific integrations (e.g., ADP, Paychex, Ceridian) and tax compliance data flows.
  • Provide support for HCM, including researching and resolving system issues, unexpected results or process flaws; recommending solutions or alternative methods to meet requirements.
  • Liaise with BA and APS team to maintain and implement mandatory changes for IT infrastructure.

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

  • 5 - 10years of handson integration development using Dell Boomi AtomSphere, with at least 2Oracle Cloud HCM implementations, data migration, integration or upgrades project experience.
  • Build, configure, and deploy Boomi Atoms, Molecules, and Integration Packs that connect Oracle Cloud HCM (via REST, SOAP, OData, Bulk API, and HCM Data Loader) to source/target systems (e.g., Oracle ERP Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP, Workday, legacy onprem data stores, SaaS benefits platforms).
  • Been part of team delivering of endtoend integrations on an iPaaS platform in a complex, multitenant environment.
  • Design and manage API proxies, authentication mechanisms (OAuth 2.0, JWT, SAML), and encryption for data inflight (TLS 1.2+).
  • Work with Oracle Cloud Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Boomi's API Management to enforce rolebased access, throttling, and audit logging.
  • Preferred experience of working in upgrade projects from PeopleSoft HRMS to Oracle HCM cloud for core hr, payroll, absence and benefit vendor solutions.
