Job Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Level Team Lead (TL) for Recruitment at our New Friends Colony location. This is a full-time position where the successful candidate will lead and manage the recruitment efforts, focusing on identifying and onboarding top-tier talent for our clients. The individual will be responsible for developing recruitment strategies in alignment with the company's goals and overseeing the recruitment team to ensure seamless execution of processes.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven expertise in team handling and recruitment (Mandatory skill), ensuring seamless operations and efficient recruitment processes.
• Strong skills in candidate screening, with the ability to assess candidates' qualifications and match them with client requirements.
• Experience in onboarding, facilitating smooth integration of new hires into client organizations to accelerate productivity.
• Proficiency in offer negotiation, balancing candidate expectations with client budgets while securing top talent.
• Ability to coordinate interviews efficiently, managing schedules and communications between candidates and clients.
• Experience in client onboarding, building strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Lead and manage the recruitment team, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure high performance and achievement of targets.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract, evaluate, and hire qualified candidates for various industries.
• Oversee the entire recruitment cycle, from requisition to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Work closely with clients to understand their staffing needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
• Enhance the recruitment processes by implementing best practices and innovative sourcing strategies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and generate reports for management review.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor to address their talent acquisition needs.
• Stay updated with industry trends and recruitment technologies to continuously improve the recruitment process.
