Role & responsibilities :

Brand Strategy & Positioning

  • Define and strengthen brand identity, value proposition, and key messaging for both corporate and project brands.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand trends, pricing, and buyer/investor behavior across Mumbai and suburbs.
  • Ensure consistency in brand communication across all channels offline and digital.

Offline Marketing & Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute ATL & BTL campaigns including print, outdoor, radio, events, property expos, and channel partner meets.
  • Manage end-to-end offline marketing activities: hoardings, signage, brochures, project branding, exhibitions, and launch events.
  • Ensure brand visibility, positioning, and lead generation through creative and effective offline strategies.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Projects, CRM, and Digital Marketing teams for integrated campaigns.

Digital & Content Marketing (Support Role)

  • Coordinate website updates, social media strategy, SEO, and online brand storytelling.
  • Oversee creation of visual and multimedia content (photo shoots, video tours, etc.) that aligns with the brand image.
  • Maintain uniformity in tone, design, and messaging across online and offline materials.

Vendor & Agency Management

  • Identify and manage creative, printing, outdoor, and advertising agencies.
  • Negotiate costs and deliverables with vendors for optimal results and budget utilization.
  • Supervise design, print, and production of marketing collaterals.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and RERA guidelines for outdoor advertising.

Budgeting, Billing & ERP

  • Plan, track, and report marketing budgets and expenditures.
  • Process vendor invoices and ensure reconciliation of payments with Finance/Accounts.
  • Maintain records and generate expenditure vs. plan reports through ERP systems.
  • Evaluate ROI and cost-effectiveness of campaigns.

Site Branding & Experience

  • Maintain brand standards across project sites, sales offices, and customer touchpoints.
  • Oversee signage, hoardings, and in-site branding for consistency with the corporate image.
  • Conduct site audits to ensure brand quality and visitor experience.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Monitor performance metrics like brand recall, awareness, impressions, and leads.
  • Prepare post-campaign analysis and reports for management review.
  • Share market intelligence and competitor insights periodically.

Technical Skills: SFDC knowledge preferred, MS Office proficiency, ERP familiarity.
