Position: Senior Ruby on Rails Developer

Experience: 10–15+ years

Contract Period: 6 Months

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days

Key Requirements:

10–15 years of strong professional experience in Ruby on Rails development.

Solid knowledge of Sinatra framework.

Proven expertise in microservices-based architectures.

Familiarity with Kafka, ZooKeeper, Thrift (or similar messaging/streaming platforms).

Hands-on experience with SOLR for search and AWS services (especially SQS, hosting & cloud infrastructure).

Experience with security practices, including bot mitigation (Cloudflare or similar).

Proficiency in infrastructure monitoring tools (preferably Datadog).

Strong debugging, performance tuning, and troubleshooting skills.

Experience working in agile development environments.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Healthcare technology platform experience is a plus

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹120, ₹130,000.00 per month
