What You'll Be Doing

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Ruby on Rails & Elixir
  • Build scalable, secure, and high-performance APIs
  • Collaborate closely with frontend, AI/ML, and product teams to deliver impactful solutions
  • Ensure code quality through testing, best practices, and deployment strategies
  • Optimize database queries to improve efficiency and ensure data security
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems when required
  • Participate in architecture discussions and influence key technical decisions

What We're Looking For

  • Strong hands-on experience in Ruby on Rails and Elixir
  • Solid understanding of REST APIs and system integrations
  • Good knowledge of frontend basics (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code
