Location: Kochi, Kerala / Hennur, Bangalore (Work from Office)

Work Days: Monday to Friday

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Total 6+ years of experience.
  • Expert in google ads
  • Lead end-to-end paid campaigns (Search, Display, PMax, LinkedIn, Meta).
  • Build B2B outbound (Apollo + Sales Navigator) and B2C performance funnels.
  • Own client communication: weekly reports, expectation setting, escalation, calm handling of issues.
  • Run client calls: present results, next steps, and roadmap.
  • Manage a small team (6-10): daily standups, task allocation, mentoring, reviews.
  • Coordinate creatives, landing pages, CRO, GA4 & GTM tracking.
  • Set SLAs, QA ad creatives/copy, and ensure on-time delivery.

Must have:

  • 3+ years hands-on Google Ads + LinkedIn/Meta.
  • 2+ Years of team handling & client facing.
  • Exceptional spoken & written English (client-facing).
  • Proven people-management or team-lead experience.
  • Data-first: Sheets/Excel comfort and basic analytics.
  • Good in Excel + Knowledge of Power BI
