Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1) Supplier Selection, Supplier basket creation & Price settlement of Proprietory parts, special emphasis on Safety Systems parts like Airbags,Seatbelts, Steering wheel, Airbag ECU & Sensors etc
Ongoing Price reduction / Value engineering / V3 Project using various sourcing & Savings levers
Price Containment, RM Cost budgeting , RM Indexing on Periodic Basis
Supplier Risk Management & Mitigation (Incl. Safety audits, ESG Audits)
Capacity Creation for Bottleneck Parts & Suppliers
Data Analytics & Benchmarking for New Technology & Cost Discovery
