Operation Executive – Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Operation Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of tele-calling/telemarketing experience, along with strong communication skills and good computer knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle tele-calling and customer follow-up activities
- Support daily operational tasks and coordination
- Maintain records and update data in computer systems
- Assist in basic marketing and customer engagement activities
- Ensure smooth workflow and support team requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in tele-calling/telemarketing
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic to intermediate computer proficiency (MS Office, Email, etc.)
- Ability to multitask and work independently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹25,186.15 per month
