Role Description:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Travel Sales Agent
to join our team in Gurugram. In this role, you will assist customers in planning and booking their travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and car rentals. You will be responsible for providing excellent service, offering the best travel options, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable booking experience for every client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with flight, hotel, and car rental bookings.
- Provide expert travel advice and recommend suitable options based on customer preferences and budgets.
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and convert inquiries into bookings.
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and changes efficiently.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline policies, travel trends, and promotional offers.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in travel sales, ticketing, or a related customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) is a plus.
- Excellent sales and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Flexibility to work in shifts if required.
