  • Job Summary: A Sr. Technician of Assembly department in FAPL is a person who will conduct the inhouse production and assembly & dispatch of projects within targeted timelines.
  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Managing project assembly within targeted timelines.
  • Solve technical/ non-technical issues during assembly & monitor, highlight them to relevant dept. for rectification.
  • Manage technician & helpers team for assembly work/planning.
  • Inspect assembly method & parts quality during assembly & highlight in case of any issue.
  • Ensure Job card filling, final inspection, inhouse doc file filling against the project on daily basis.
  • Educate team on Technical/ non-technical trainings.
  • Maintain 5S at shop floor.
  • Educational Qualification:
  • ITI. in Mechanical Fitter.
  • Experience Required:
  • Required 3-5 years of experience as a Sr. Technician in Assembly/ tool room/ mechanical maintenance/ service department in Machine Manufacturing/ Automation Industries.
  • Skills Required:
  • Strong knowledge of assembly drawing / layout reading.
  • Strong working knowledge of all kinds of mechanical measurement & assembly tools.
  • Manpower handling & teamwork.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • In depth knowledge of machine leveling / alignment work.
  • Must have worked on machine assembly work.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
