We're on the lookout for a
Software Development Engineer III
to join our team. In this role, you'll join a dynamic team that believes in pushing boundaries, challenging the status quo, and embracing diversity of thought. As we scale past 2M+ downloads, we're building fast, building smart, and building with purpose—and we're looking for someone who can lead that charge both technically and culturally.

What You'll Do

• Own features end-to-end:
  From ideation to deployment, you'll be responsible for solving product problems, not just writing code.
• Build across the stack:
  Work comfortably on Backend ) and Mobile (Flutter/Native).
• Be outcome-driven:
  Your north star will be product outcomes (e.g., "improve sign-up conversion by 10%") instead of just tasks.
• Uphold engineering excellence:
  Write clean, tested, and maintainable code. Apply CI/CD, testing pyramid (unit, functional, integration), PR reviews, and DB migrations rigorously.
• Collaborate deeply:
  Partner with Product, Design, and Data teams to brainstorm, experiment, and iterate quickly.
• Balance speed & scalability:
  Ship fast but with an eye on long-term system health.

What You'll Bring

• Experience:
  3–5 years in software engineering, preferably in consumer-tech, social, or mobile-first products.
• Full-stack comfort:
  Strong expertise in one core area (backend and mobile), with willingness to go end-to-end.
• Ownership mindset:
  Prior Product Engineer/founder/founding engineer experience, or evidence of end-to-end product ownership.
• Technical Stack:
  Proficiency in for backend services and Flutter or Native for mobile development. Experience with API architecture, microservices, and cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS or GCP).
• Hands-on builder:
  Comfort in debugging, experimenting, and shipping directly to production.
• Pragmatism + curiosity:
  Focus on solving problems, not just writing code.
• Engineering hygiene:
  Familiarity with CI pipelines, automated testing, PR review processes, and release discipline.

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience in consumer social/dating apps.
• Built AI-driven features.
