Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Social Media Analyst to monitor, analyze, and optimize our social media presence. The ideal candidate will track campaign performance, audience engagement, and trends to provide actionable insights that enhance our brand visibility and digital strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor performance across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.).
  • Collect, analyze, and report key social metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, impressions, CTR, and conversions.
  • Develop regular reports and dashboards to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Identify trends, insights, and opportunities to improve content and audience engagement.
  • Collaborate with the content and creative teams to optimize posts and campaigns based on data findings.
  • Conduct competitor and industry analysis to benchmark performance.
  • Support paid campaign tracking and ROI reporting.
  • Recommend data-backed strategies to enhance brand awareness and audience engagement.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, and Hootsuite/Sprout Social for monitoring.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in social media analytics or digital marketing.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent understanding of social media KPIs and trends.
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with paid social ad tracking and performance optimization.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing metrics.
  • Basic understanding of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹35,000.00 per month
