About the Position

The Manager – FutureTech and CSR Programs will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and scaling technology-driven skilling programs. The role demands strong program management, facilitation skills, and relationship-building with academic institutions, industry mentors, and internal teams to create measurable impact.

Responsibilities

Program Design & Implementation

  • Coordinate with the central team to implement AI, Coding, Cybersecurity, and Full Stack programs across higher education institutions
  • Support the design and rollout of faculty development programs (FDPs), student bootcamps, and project-based learning modules
  • Collaborate with colleges to integrate FutureTech modules within academic schedules and credit systems

Training Delivery & Facilitation

  • Facilitate hybrid, classroom, and online sessions using industry case studies, labs, and assignments
  • Organize student engagement activities including hackathons, ideathons, and mentoring circles
  • Build capacity of institutional trainers and mentors to continue program delivery post-deployment

Academic & Industry Engagement

  • Act as a single point of contact for academic institutions on program planning, communication, and logistics
  • Engage with industry experts, guest faculty, and practitioners to enrich curriculum and mentorship offerings
  • Represent BharatCares in academic events, symposiums, and exhibitions to showcase program impact

Project Coordination & Operations

  • Coordinate with trainers, consultants, and internal teams to ensure seamless multi-location program rollout
  • Maintain real-time trackers on participant attendance, session completion, and program milestones
  • Oversee administrative aspects including scheduling, documentation, reporting, and budget compliance

Monitoring, Reporting & Quality Control

  • Develop robust data collection and reporting mechanisms to capture learning outcomes and program reach
  • Analyze stakeholder feedback to enhance delivery quality and learner experience
  • Align program activities with frameworks like NSQF, NEP 2020, and BharatCares' impact standards

Content Development & Resource Curation

  • Co-develop contextualized content including decks, toolkits, and digital resources
  • Curate industry-relevant projects and case studies to ensure practical exposure
  • Keep pace with latest EdTech tools, learning methodologies, and FutureTech trends

On-Ground Support & Travel

  • Travel to project sites for program facilitation, quality monitoring, and partner engagement
  • Build institutional readiness and support capacity-building workshops for long-term sustainability
Mandatory Qualification and Experience:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related fields; MBA or equivalent degree is a plus
  • 4–6 years of experience in program management, academic engagement, training, or CSR project implementation
  • Good technical understanding of AI/ML, Coding, Cybersecurity, or Full Stack concepts
  • Strong facilitation and public speaking skills; experience delivering sessions to college students preferred
  • Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and documentation skills
  • Comfort with data tracking, reporting tools, and content development
  • Willingness to travel across cities as required
