Role and Responsibilities:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer - Java Developer. As a Java Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining Java applications, working closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design software solutions, and implement new features.
  • Develop and maintain Java applications using Core Java, J2EE, JSF, and Web services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design software solutions
  • Implement new features and enhancements to existing applications
  • Perform code reviews and ensure code quality and adherence to best practices
  • Debug and resolve software defects
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment

Candidate Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
  • 5-7 years of experience in Core Java, J2EE, JSF, Web services, and XML
  • Proficiency in HTML and JavaScript
  • Experience working with MongoDB is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and strong debugging abilities
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in integrations with third-party systems and knowledge of data modeling is an advantage
  • Experience with Work & Asset Management (WAM), Enterprise Asset Management, Field Service Management, and Mobile Workforce Management products is a plus
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member
